This two-hour session will walk you through all the basics of breastfeeding and how to start your breastfeeding journey off on the right foot. Sessions typically include topics such as Myths and Facts of Breastfeeding, how milk is produced, how to build a strong milk supply, feeding frequency/routines, setting appropriate expectations, getting support, achieving an optimal latch, and more.
